Very weak. Not an Arctic spill, but a clipper, formed when warm Pacific air hits the Yukon, and scoops out some cold air, like ice cream.
ps. Spotty is doing something new. The video show that the spots are sent out from the core, just to kill themselves in the cold. Not healthy, he won't die, but won't grow either.
