The Gulf plume will hit Toronto with rain and snow. The main Arctic flow was diverted by this out to the East.
The High Arctic is very cold, but cyclones are pumping in some heat.
The US midwest may get cold air, if there isn't much leakage over the mountains of Pacific air.
