Arctic blob still mucked with Pacific weather

 I thought this blob would be clear and firing on all cylinders, but it is still getting swept by Pacific air.

It will still hit Toronto, but is not a major event.

The winds are not adding momentum.  

However, we are getting a slow diffusion of cold air, with the Arctic at -50.  So, maybe next time.

ps.  this will hit the US NE, but I was hoping for more.  Natgas will go up a tick.
