Officially, by me.
Toronto is getting hit by -20C, which is far colder than the forecast was giving us. This is my dream of a mega-blob. I'm rating it at M9, which doesn't give me much room for the next, bigger one. I suppose that's an M9.5.
Europe is finally joining the party. This just looks like an M7-8. It helps NA a bit by bleeding off the cold, but the Arctic blob machine is being fed high-octane Pacific plumes. Munch munch.
Today is the International Day of Stupidity. I expect oodles of it from left and right, so I am turning off the news.
