Full cold channel engulfs the UK

This is the 'worst' picture I dreamed up for the UK.  That was before the demonstration of a Mega-blob.  But this is bad enough.  I thought this was going to happen a long time ago, so my timing is off, as usual.

I am going with the concept of this being a steady thing for a few weeks.  That's enough to freeze the Thames in the old concept when the Thames was a swamp, and they had 'ice fairs'.  Those are good books to read.  I give 50% that this will be steady.  The other side of the coin has it all swept away by something else.

A steady stream gets colder and colder as the Greenland Gap fills with ice.  This is also dependent on the ocean currents.  Worst case has the two main islands socked in ice.  If the whole channel freezes, it sets things for a continuous flow.  Hope it doesn't happen, but it will someday.
