 Chapter 1

He looks at the NASA memo, just dropped by Passenger Pigeon.  That's really difficult, because those things are extinct!  They must have recreated it, instead of dinosaurs.  Too many of those in nasa anyway.

The memo reads "Venus Program Ended" due to poor optics.  Shoot!  He cries, because he is the head of that program.  Good thing everybody has seniority.  What can we screw up now?  ...
