No supplement works, but I have a ticky hack that works. Trouble is that I have my usual curse that nobody believes me. I read a while ago that red light feeds the mitochondria in the eye, and a good Scientific Method study confirmed it. This was squashed by institutional groupthink. Can't have a miracle cure for eyes around!
There is no money in this cure, so nobody will know about it. But I have a red led flashlight, and I shine it full blast into my eyes every morning (3 minutes). Then I go to my blue light for the depression.
This makes my eyes better than they were when I was young, since I now have 20-20 vision from old-age eyeball shrinkage. Since I go all-out all day on the computer, and then my ebook when I stop thinking, I was suffering from eye strain. This gave me big eye attacks, and I had to use a lot of drops. With the red light treatment I can go for days without drops. I only get into trouble when I forget the treatment.
This has also wiped out all my spots troubles. Now, the caveat is that this may be placebo, working for 20% of people, or just me. It costs you 10 bucks from China to try it out. My family thinks it is dangerous, but it has good physics. They think I'm 100% wrong all the time. Keeps me humble.
