Nobody can use the train today. My cousin now has to drive to Ottawa. All his buddies who were going to conference in Windsor were screwed. The switches are frozen, so all trains were halted for safety.
ps. a new high-speed rail project, that will be built by the Ottawa LRT people, and will never die a cold death.
Going to Quebec City is a political sop. Honestly, who goes there?
