Today is a fine lesson in the Art of Stagnancy. No heat energy and no Arctic blobs.
Our snow in a few days is coming from Pacific air.
The US is going pear-shaped, whatever that means. That's just a big hunk of stagnant frigid air. So much for the importance of local solar heating -- no tropical plumes, no heat.
The stagnant air is cracking in a few places, which is bringing Toronto some snow. In general, everything is just in a chaotic swirl, so I don't know what is going on. Looks like the Arctic is in full recharge, so we should get another big blob soon. The Pacific is weak, so not much chance of Spring coming early.
Today is 'Natgas Panic Day' where they see the EIA chart, which should have been calculated using basic physics. It will show a record low in storage, but no indication if the taps are running dry.
ps. I think of this us gov't office as being the Scrooge office. Little guys writing with quill pens and asking trumpyscrooge for another lump of coal. He answers with 'Freeze or you're fired!'
ps on US panic day, my hits have already gone beyond 4,000. And nobody buys me a coffee. Why buy the cow a coffee, when you can get it for free?
