I'm always right, but my timing is always so off, as to make that irrelevant. I thought the Toronto housing market would crash in 2007. On the short term at the cottage, if I say it is going to rain overnight, it won't and vice versa.
Today, finally, natgas is going up. That's because they ran out yesterday, and are still living on fumes -- gas, right? The trading has no physics, it just seems like sentiment, and they panic regularly. I wish I knew why.
They are so out of natgas, that it will go to infinity and beyond. I don't even know if the market works without gas. All US sources are frozen up. Canadian gas will only flow at high prices. Here in Toronto, we have lots of natgas and good storage. We still remember when it was cold.
In the next few days, we will see the market break.
Our one chance for heat is being kicked to the curb. No snow for Toronto, we have enough. My dog doesn't even want to go out any more.
You can see her picture, with her friend, the giraffe.
