Arctic not going into recharge -- sticks around to fight

 

The Arctic is going full black again, before a full retreat.  So, we are much colder than the normal cycle.

The only big news is a strong advance of Atlantic warmth, giving us monster snows.

You can still see a strong wind from the Arctic smashing into the warmth.  Those at the fighting front (Toronto) can expect to see some action.  

The forecast shows this warmth weedling out for the East Coast, while Dallas freezes.  In terms of degree days, we are now looking at a super Canada's Revenge, and no hope for US natural gas.
