With the Arctic in peaceful contemplation, everything is generally stagnant.
We've got the Pacific air coming over us.
Greenland is bright white, the first time this season. That means 60 below. Europe stays cold without an Arctic spill, so that's sticking around for a while. They'll keep riding their bald-tire bicycles in 2 foot snow. So green of them.
This is so nice and peaceful. 99% would never know what it means.
ps very weird that the weather people are calling for a breakout quite soon, and I don't see that.
