This is sad. It's not as if every kid he saves gets on an air mattress to sail to Europe. We know that there are bigger forces in the world responsible for over-population Sad.
Basically, in countries with religious birth rates, you have no economy. The GDP growth must keep up with the population increase, or everybody dies. The riots in Iran are food riots. Civil wars are food riots. Although we are harsh to keep everybody out, we can't absorb them all.
Some of the major reconstructions needed might not have allowed peddy-billionaires with hyper-yachts. But, who knows how to achieve world peace?
ps the question for me is whether the peddy-billionaires create wealth, or suck it dry. I'll go with 'dry' because gates create a useless opiate that everybody loves, but doesn't do anything. The rest got their billions from monopolies (dry) or non-functioning things like electric cars, and empty rockets. Every trillion sucked dry probably results in a million deaths, but that's just me talking.
ps so the commies want to kill all the billionaires, keeping the ability to destroy the economy to themselves. I am of the opinion there are good billionaires, putting in fibre, developing the internet, covid vaccines, etc.
