Marxism and Political Cycles

As we have fun with our ice age, I'm thinking of whiplash political cycles.  The first one I'm thinking about is the US Civil War.  That's because the civil war is fought with every presidential election.

The first civil war was a backlash against Yankee rationalism.  The south had slaves, and fancy horses.  The north just made cannons and steam engines.  The south rose up and got tromped.  This was the first whiplash against rationalism.

In Europe, we had the Industrial Age.  The problem with the rationalists is that they always stomp on the losers.  Marx then thought of a great idea to call anybody who could put two pieces of steel together 'Evil Capitalists' and the rest was history.

The problem with Marxies is that they can't operate the toilet door to get out.  All the great British stuff was done in the Victorian era, and they are racist toast now.  Since then, we have had many cycles.

Warmyism is just Marxism, as a reaction to the 60's rationalism of going to the Moon and such.  The biggest achievement was the spread of nuclear plants.  With the intellectual lefties nice and warm, with food and electricity, they bit the hand that fed them.  Their audience were all the liberal-education sorority girls who couldn't get a job.  Time for protests!

As usual, the rationalists overplayed their hand.  Oil companies tore into poor countries.  Nuclear plants exploded, etc.  Germany got rid of all their perfect nuclear plants, and a political religion had to form that justified this.  No nuclear plants needed with the warmth.  If it got cold, we had the nice Russians to sell us natgas.

A Marxist cycle requires no physics.  It is just a lot of yelling.  Economic Marxyness never worked.

As the curse says, we live in interesting times.  Trumpism is a whiplash against global trade, a totally rational thing, and the lefties go with this.  Everything is confused, and no measurements are made, since it is far better to scream and fire everyone.

The question is how far into the dumpster we need to dive, before rationalism takes over again.  Will it all then be destroyed later?  Something to look forward to.

This marxy cycle has cost the world economy trillions.  People fall off the bottom and die.  Trump is actually a marxy man, with his total insanity.  Canada really needs to get off this wagon and be the first to go rational.
