I'm wondering now that there could be such a lack of heat energy, that everything is stagnant.
We now have NA and Europe in a stagnant funk.
Siberia is starting to go white. Canada and Greenland are black.
Finally, the Arctic Basin is starting to spin. I can't think that this stagnant air is the rest of our winter, we have history to show that the cold blasts continue. I expect to see more spin tomorrow, at 80%
