Global time series temperature chart for 2025

I looked everywhere for a chart, and Spencer is the only one.  All the others have fallen by the wayside.

Our last heating event went way above 1997, and 2016.  We are now crashing from that, but 2025 really does close out as the second warmest year.  Mind you, we're going straight down, but why mention that?

That is why none of the big headline stories about 'warmest year ever', show a chart.  Their interpretation would be deemed ridiculous.  That's like showing the Toronto housing price chart, and saying '2nd highest price ever', because it is still falling down from a very high peak.  And in 1929, you could make the same comment about stock prices for a few months, at least.

It is amazing that in a trumpy world, there is no constraint on 'acceptable behaviour'.  However, the warmies started all this and 'the end justifies the means'.  I am content in just watching it all happen.

In summary, I was looking everywhere for a chart that supports their big claim, and I found it.
