Arctic in recharge

Looks like things are back to what they were.  The Arctic basin fills with cold sludge, it overtops the boundaries, and pours down on hapless people.

The Atlantic plumes are finally rolling into Europe.  They can forget this whole thing happened, and go back to pleasant fantasy.

There is a small outflow by Alaska.  The intense cold in Alberta seems to be creeping towards Toronto, without a wind pattern showing.  It's very slow, and isn't on the forecast yet.  I suspect this will form a channel for a powerful cold blast when the Arctic is ready.  The Pacific plumes are very weak.

ps now, now, UK, the bad cold will soon be all over.

ps and I just have to make fun of this.  It's the latest warmie forecast from Canada.  Since they don't know what's going on, the forecast map looks exactly like today.
