There is a very slow air flow towards Toronto.
Arctic flow has stopped for Europe, they just have to go to default winter weather.
Greenland has turned black, the old signal for a breakout was it turning white.
You can see here how happy Europe is with skating and snowball fights.
You can't tell the energy from that laminar sheet flow over the Arctic Basin. It could be just an inch thick. But that extreme cold spur still seems to coming for us. Who knows?
ps who's to say the Thames wouldn't have frozen over if it were still a 1700's swamp?
