The tiniest 2 bedroom bungalow on a small lot, down the street, just sold for 1.2mill. We are back to the peak.
However, we have no houses for sale, and rents are through the roof because nobody rents out any more. The renters are on a rent strike and the house sellers are on a selling strike. This is a thin market.
Nevertheless, my headline will encourage everybody to put up their empty houses for sale, and the market will be flooded. We'll see what happens.
