It's the inflammation that kills you

 Reference

I've been saying that for a few years now.

"If our body’s immune cells overreact and over produce inflammatory cytokines, this condition will lead to non-specific activation of our immune cells which in turn leads to collateral damage. This can have severe consequences if it happens in the brain,” Ashkar said.

You must avoid chronic inflammation.  This could be injuries, but most often the gut.  My cannabis oil is great for killing inflammation.  However, I see the chronic inflammation all the time in family and friends, and it is eating them.
