That super-plume is passing through, giving Toronto 12C for a day. There are no more plumes, and cold air is descending behing.
I can never really tell the total energy of a plume, needs some physics.
The Arctic has pulsed, and is recharging.
ps. weird that there is a huge bump in the dailies overnight
This is also in the tropics
That big rise and, now, a downward hook, happened very fast. The next ocean currents might show something.
