We have the Raspberry shake, which was popular for the Venn earthquake.
And Wayne sent me this one.
I always went on about my 'great invention' 'The two-buck accelerometer'. I had wired a very good accelerometer with a rasp pi. However, I could never really figure out what to do with the data.
To be useful, it needs a huge effort, well beyond a sleepy old guy, the last one who believes in physics. This is necessary to establish how exactly buildings react to earthquakes. Unfortunately, it goes against the religion of earthquake engineers, and I have no energy for it.
Even my campaign against climate change has me slowly freezing to death. But they can ignore the cold with all their money.
Anyway I am happy talking physics to my grandchildren to put them to sleep, as I did to my kids.
