The Canadian cold is all 'polar vortex fairies', but they haven't mention that in the UK.
That wind coming from the east flipped up and is coming straight down from the North Pole. Keeps the fire ants away.
The Hudson Bay vortex continues and we'll expect it to freeze solid soon. Until then, we are saved from a big cold spell.
