Our two permanent cold cyclones may be allowing another spillway to open up, through the middle of Canada. I thought that this one, along with Greenland would be dominant this year because they have been all summer. Hence the big sog for Toronto.
But we are getting some cold oozing down on us. We have to look at this to see if it is increasing. If we can maintain 3 full spills, then the Arctic is getting very powerful.
ps. I note that some speciality media outlets are getting the courage to call out noooa and the phoney El Nino. Now, if only the almanac weighed in, it would be authoritative.
