Europe preparing for Little Ice Age

 

Not in any meaningful way.  But they acknowledge a 'brutal winter', and are preparing by constantly bringing up the hot summer.  It's the same mechanism!  The Earth has run out of heat energy, and we only have stagnant air.  This is Death Valley all over the world.  

Because the only accurate seasonal forecast is the Almanac, both Europe and the US East are going to run out of natgas.  The inaccurate forecast uses the El Nino mirage, and blames everything on the Dancing Jet Stream, after the fact.  Or maybe the Polar Vortex fairies.  Since the fairies are rather quixotic, there is no forecast.
