El Nino mirage is turning into a limp banana

Slowly, people are attacking the reality of the phoney El Nino because it is important for commodity futures.  A recent paper says all the right things, but calls it a Japanese term meaning 'El Nino, half-assed'.

They can do this because they are not attacking the main religion.  'It's just a little thing.'  This thing will no longer be mentioned in polite society.

The MIMIC shows a general state of chaos as the ocean belts shed off the summer heat.  The Pacific now has a full set of clouds on the feeder side bands.  The permanent cyclones are still blocking Arctic air flow.  This should all settle down to cold, but we are dealing with chaos here.

ps.  and getting rotten.  It hasn't changed for a year now, and the paper notes that.
