Tropical plume 'slashing pinwheel' pattern to bring mixed weather

We've had this weather pattern before, I just can't remember what it did.  Anyway, the Pacific plume slashes down and raises the Gulf plume.  It's actually the same plume traversing North America.  This gives Toronto mixed weather, with lots of rain and snow.  This is also the same pattern that allows huge clairslides to hit us.  I don't see any yet.

The Arctic still has a warm anomaly, although it just means that it is 30 below instead of 40.

The US is still warm, so pooh on the natgas prices rising.

The UK is getting the same thing.
