I'm happy it's not molten salt. This is standard US-style boiling water reactor, but very tiny. It won't stick out of the noise band of Darlington, but it looks good. I was all for the big version of this, but 'small' is so trendy! I would be worried about the earthquake thing, but nobody else is, and they have the big cement pit next door. The blasts will cure it of any vibration weaknesses.
ps. I am reminded of the 70's when GM thought they could build a small car.
