Our weak Pacific plumes are dredging up warm, moist air from the Gulf. However, that plume is weak as well. That means mucky weather.
We are in the 'Ontario Normal Phase', which is horrible weather, except for July, when the warmies dance. Before the recent warm spell, I had looked up a table for solar and wind power. Ontario was one of the worst places. Our normal weather is 'gloomy'. No sun, no wind.
But, cheer up. It could always be worse.
