There has been a seller's strike for a few years now, supported by the banks. They don't want the real value of their assets exposed. This happened in Japan during the big real estate bust. The governments don't want this either, and don't inspect the banks.
I'm thinking that if the bottom is cracked, then it will an exponential thing, like a landslide. We wait.
