New ENSO report same as usual

 

I always read this.  It's amazing all the other graphs are shifting, except one remains exactly the same.

Now, any engineer a building staying rigid, while winds blow all around.  Perhaps something wrong with the sensors?  Perhaps a math error?  Not here, we've got weather people.

This splotch is cause by a factor of 10 over-correction to calculate the temperature anomaly.  I don't know how this will change.  They can't do it with stupidity, the come-down has to be meticulously planned, and they don't have the brains for it.  Perhaps in 10 years, somebody might address it.
