Carney goes with my tax idea

 I love it.  California tax regime for wealth creation.  We can pay for social equality issues with the secondary wealth.  And we can clamp 30% more than the US, later.  No Canadian in California wants to rake in billions and become a pervert.  

Now, on to my other ideas like greenhouses for everything.  And forget Churchill Falls, we are going into an ice age.  Of course, all the Canadian monopoly criminals are going to zoom into this.  I really hope it works.

We are going to have to put Vancouver all underground, and keep the waterfront for beach volleyball, in the summer.
