Arctic Rex

This summer the Arctic has ruled over us.  Every other week or so, we were getting a huge cold blob, full of Arctic air.  The physics was that of 'no heat energy' from the Pacific.  Those plumes normally tame the Arctic tiger.

Now, we got another one coming.  They always give us big rain storms, but the rain front is always knobbly, and not all hit Toronto.

Lovely.

You can see that this one is really cold, as we should expect at this time of year.

We don't have a full spin yet, but enough to throw down some cold.

My best indicator, of Pacific heat blob action, is taking a dive.

What a mystery!

No heat energy in the Atlantic hurricane zone equals no hurricanes.

ps the hurricane thing is now blamed on El Ninnie.
