At about 30%. I find that when the big Arctic blobs hit us, we may miss the storm. But somebody gets hit.
It's coming down at a weird angle, so who knows?
Europe is the fun story today, and I have no idea what's going on. There should be rain coming in, but it seems to be in some sort of heat lock.
