Once the warm blobs drop out, it's going to drop. But for now, flat as a board. With other El Ninos, it always rises. Being flat means it is about the seasonal drop, but a zone along the equator shouldn't really drop. If you made a complicated difference chart, then it would appear to be rising.
The point is that Godzilla rises from the ocean. It is not a basking shark. There are no other temperature charts that are rising. This monster is a fake.
