North American air totally stagnant

 

Thank goodness we don't have those Ohio coal plants spewing out acid rain.  I've never seen it so still.  In Toronto, we'll have a very warm day.  Excellent for the warmie party goers.  

ps. the Arctic is still a bit drippy.  I don't think it is capable of a large spill any more.
