Once in a while, this is a disaster. I was on unstable, with the latest kernel update. When you do this, have your main disk totally empty and put everything on the side disks. I was doing a lot of things to try to deal with the Google News stutter of death. However, all the chickens came home to roost on that upgrade.
I reinstalled back to bookworm, like a naughty child put in the corner. blah. The scrolling thing still happens. It also happens on my chromebook. I can't doomscroll anywhere!
