The Arctic incursions are like drips of candle wax. They have lost the battle against the Sun. With stagnant, dry air, we have a desert climate. Hot during the day, cold at night.
Our stagnant air is caused by having no heat energy in the Pacific. My ocean currents map will never come, but I am assuming that the severe turbulence continues. This has some effect, but I don't know.
This will be dry for most. A plunging plume could bring up the Gulf air for Toronto. Weak tropical plumes could mean a drought for the prairies. If the Gulf air comes up to meet those Arctic drips, then they will have moisture.
