Australia gets the full impact of the El Nino Uncertainty Principle. They were all going for the El Nooa, and that would mean dry weather.
Australia never reads about physics, so all this is coming as a complete surprise. But, they'll get the 20/20 hindsight lip-flapping. Looks like they are blaming it all on their jet stream.
ps. Canada will become as isolated as Oz. All my news will be about Whining Alberta...
