Another Influencer Science prediction hits the skids. IS takes observations and extrapolates linearly. There are green blobs out there, they will come in here. No physics required.
I have found that the blob problem is worse when the current coming from the Atlantic Belt is stagnant in the Caribbean. Good flow -- no blobs. And we have good flow now.
