This
could have been a damaging earthquake in this area. Normally they are, so I'm interested in why there was no damage. The area is in extension, so most earthquakes are normal (as opposed to thrust). That means most of the seismic pulse is directed downward. As well, it might have been in an isolated area, and perhaps most structures are on rock. It will be interesting to find out more about it.
