Rename all the Great Lakes to Lake America

 

This will get confusing, but it's par for the course.  We have Gulf of America, all the lakes called America, and Rio Grande will be the American River.

Of course, Hormuz is also Gulf of America.

ps Pacific and Atlantic should be American Ocean
