In the good old days, the Atlantic tropical plumes would fly north, zoom over Europe, and drop down, pushed by cold winds. This would wring out the clouds and bring rain.
Now, we have the problem of no precipitable water over Europe. The solution, of course, is to worship Climate Change, and hope for the best.
Forgetting Europe, we have our own problems. Another fine Arctic spill is forming.
The Pacific plumes can't blow away the Arctic Basin Ice Machine. More severe weather, which is God's Will, or clange. I can't argue with divinity.
I am mortified that the Ninocoin Price is showing a little curl upward. I won't show that.
ps the standard plume pattern for the standard California 7 year drought was to have the plumes go up and over, leaving the place as dry as Europe right now.
