Finally they come up with a measure

We have a test!  So far it has been all blah blah, with no measure.

The hypothesis is:

A historic El Nino will come, on par with 1997, and 2016.  It will elevate the autumn temperatures in the equivalent of the difference with the historic events.  That is, we are looking at the degree of change, irrespective of the instrumental drift seen in the temperature records.  It will be noticeable and remarked upon by the common people.

This should eliminate the endless tricks.  The opposite is that nothing will happen, and it will be colder than ever.  Then the hypothesis fails.

To make me happy, the Arctic Vortex has moved out of the Penalty Box, and is taking its place to occupy the full basin.  Nothing warm happens with that.

Look at the little baby tomorrow!  Can they muddy the waters with pinpoint one-day heatwaves?

ps after the last snow melts next Spring, they have a low misery index, and I have a high one.  They can't muck with that!

ps remember that their degree of mucking has reached 'record' levels
