This is fun. The same guys proposed nuclear in 2009, and Bruce Power paid them to go away. Now they are back again. Is there no honour amongst influencers? You get the hush money, you stay hushed.
Anyway, it's impossible to put huge nuclear on a tiny river. Rivers can dry up in a big drought.
Oh well, let them have their fun, they are getting millions.
