These guys just follow the main thought.
They are declaring La Nina, with the muck on the Pacific belt.
What's fun is that they are declaring, out of the hat, that all that turbulence is 'standard' and caused by winds.
However, the winds are not going that way.
But, they can get no feedback. So, our cold winter is all due to this.
ps. in reality, all that texture on the ocean temp anomaly chart is due to ocean currents. It is against the religion of weather people to look at this.

ps. and the natgas traders are starting to look at this. Price up for the year.
