We have a mucky blob coming down. If that warm air settles over the Gulf, then we have conditions for hurricane #3, because there is still a blob of very hot water in the Gulf.
Europe is interesting. We have this huge Siberian blob coming down.
Look at that sucker! There's no wind behind it, so we don't know the energy. It is cutting through the African plume, and the Atlantic plumes await.
ps. the furnace that keeps us warm in the winter continues to turn down.
Meanwhile, our anxiety merchants are left to look at desert temperatures at the peak in the daytime. That happens with stagnant pockets, and has no heat energy. Good for the news.
For the deserts, it is fun to flip between the max and min temperatures.
