They are now saying a 'weak La Nina' that you can't actually see. This will account for all the cold.
You are never going to see the classic 'clean La Ninny'.
In other news, the Gulf Stream has taken a shot to the head. I've never seen such a temperature dip near Spain. Dry Guy has lots of rain.
And tornadoes. What the heck?
