This is one minefield that I'm not stepping in. Using the bad math, and the illegal physics of nooa, we have one side totally yelling about the 'strongest EN in 70 years'. That's the whole US leftwingers wing involved.
I would have thought that they would have just walked away, what with El Nino completely disappearing. But no, they have come on super-strong, using the old pictures of when their EN mirage was at full blast.
The other side has not responded with their heavy guns. They just put out an article saying EN was near collapse, and used the recent pictures. The nerve of these upstarts saying that the Emperor Has No Clothes.
The prize is this winter -- warm with no snow, or brutal, with continuous -30 temps for Toronto and UK. The winner will be determined by the price of US natural gas.
