Making me a laughing stock, we have had a lot of heat coming in from the Indian Ocean, and hitting the Arctic. That heat originates in the West Pacific.
However, both sources are playing out. Everything should have been pushed south by now, but it hasn't.
We are finally seeing signs that the Indian Ocean feed is diving south at Africa.
The end effect is that the Arctic is a dim bulb, but I am still expecting great things.
